In the summer of 2019, we started with the brief “build a science-based app focused on work stress”. 2 months later, we had an MVP ready for beta testing.

The result was Foundations, a mental wellbeing app with interactive, evidence-based activities to help users build resilience, manage stress and prevent burnout. Its content is grounded in evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, meditation and positive psychology and curated by our team of behavioral experts.
